Rhys Prytherch

Rhys Prytherch is a Vancouver born artist whose paintings reflect a close connection to his birth city as well as to his travels abroad.

Rhys' bike journeys have given him a unique perspective of the world around him. This movement through landscapes has been transferred onto the canvas as fluid shapes, colour and lines. His art is reminiscent of aerial views of cities, sea and landscape. His paintings have been show at various locations around Vancouver, including the Pendulum Gallery on Georgia Street.
